We tailor the optimal shipping solution for each product, leveraging commercial express services for lightweight items and expedited sea freight for larger goods. CullingCo provides full shipment tracking, performance monitoring, and dedicated buyer support throughout the entire delivery journey.
2. Processing Time
Once an order is placed, the seller confirms availability, performs quality checks, and prepares the item for dispatch. Processing generally takes 1–3 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your item ships.

3. Estimated Delivery Times
Generally, for most orders, lightweight and small items are delivered via air freight within 4 to 7 business days, while sea freight orders require 25 to 45 business days.
4. Multiple and Partial Shipments
Orders containing items from multiple sellers may be shipped in multiple packages. Each package will have its own tracking number and estimated delivery time.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees upon arrival in your country. These fees are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer. CullingCo is not liable for customs delays or additional fees levied by the destination country.
6. Delays and Force Majeure
We strive to ensure timely shipments, but external factors such as severe weather, natural disasters, customs inspections, strikes, or global unrest may cause unforeseen delays. CullingCo and its sellers are not liable for delays beyond their control but will always assist in tracking and resolving affected shipments.
7. Delivery Guarantee
We offer a delivery guarantee for all orders. If your goods have not been delivered within 12 weeks of the shipping date, you can choose a full refund or a free reshipment.

8. Pre-order and Customized Items
Some products are handmade, custom-made, or made to order. These products may require additional production time before shipping. Please check the product page for estimated shipping times.
9. Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues
Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional reshipping fees. If the tracking information shows the package has been delivered but is lost, please contact your local courier company or neighbor first, and then contact customer service.
10. Damaged, Lost, or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, providing photos and order details. We will coordinate with the seller to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Lost packages confirmed by the carrier will be eligible for replacement or refund.
11. Shipping Transparency Commitment
All shipments come with tracking numbers and real-time status updates. We only work with logistics providers that meet stringent reliability standards. You can view real-time shipment progress via your order confirmation email or account control panel.
12. Seller Verification and Performance Standards
All sellers on the CullingCo platform must adhere to verified logistics and delivery processes and ensure on-time delivery every time. Sellers who fail to meet performance standards may be temporarily suspended or removed from the platform. This ensures our customers receive reliable service every time.
13. Global Compliance
This policy complies with international consumer standards, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the UK Consumer Contracts Regulation, and relevant US transportation laws. Our goal is to provide our global customers with a transparent, fair, and convenient transportation experience.
